Abstract

The preservation of health in the professional activities of doctors in oncological practice actualizes the psychological research we are conducting. The results of an empirical study of the personality determinants of professional burnout by oncologists in Tverare presented. The research tools were compiled by a method for diagnosing the level of emotional burnout V.V. Smartly, reflective questionnaire of the level of self-confidence Skripkina and a technique for diagnosing the level of reflexivity A.V. Karpova. The results of the study demonstrate a low level of reflexivity of oncologists, they are not elephants to trust in interpersonal contacts, in addition, a third of the examined oncologists have an already formed emotional burnout syndrome
