The article considers the pedagogical problem of social responsibility of the future officer's personality, in particular, the search for pedagogical conditions in its development. The article presents a theoretical and methodological review of the study of social responsibility of the individual in scientific and pedagogical research, as well as the author's own position. The article presents the organization, progress and results of a pedagogical experiment to test the effectiveness of psychological knowledge in the development of social responsibility in future officers.
