Abstract

An empirical study on the diagnosis and correction of communicative attitudes in cadets studying in the specialty «psychology of performance» was conducted. The program of socio-psychological training «Development of communicative properties and abilities of the individual» on the development and correction of negative components of the communicative sphere of cadets-psychologists has been tested. The positive effect of the training on the development of certain communicative attitudes is shown. The obtained result makes it possible to analyze and adjust the training exercises aimed at the development of determining factors
