Abstract

The article describes the process, analysis and interpretation of the result of empirical study of psychological features of application of copying strategies by psychologists-consultants of rehabilitation center for reduction of manifestations of emotional burnout and development of professional stress. Object of study: psychologists-consultants of the rehabilitation center. Objective: to identify the relationship of coping strategies with different levels of emotional burnout. As a result of the study, multiple relationships between the investigated parameters were found, practical recommendations for the prevention of the occurrence of negative emotional states are given
