Abstract

The article presents a general list of factors that determine the paths of graduates of the university in terms of triangular interaction «universityemployer-student». The following key points were identified: professional and personal qualities, professional plans and expectations, the level of general education - education. An empirical study was conducted on the basis of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Establishment of Higher Education «Tver State University» on a sample of graduates of the undergraduate and graduate level under the programs «Pedagogical Education» and «Social Work».
