Abstract

The author studies conflicts in modern multi-ethnic military collectives. The most typical examples of conflicts caused by ethnic differences are identified and the formation and maintenance of a culture of interethnic communication in the division is proposed as a means of preventing them. A set of diagnostic methods and tests has been selected to determine the tolerance of military personnel who are serving under a contract in the National Guard in relation to representatives of different ethnic and cultural groups
