THE ROLE OF A TUTOR IN THE WBL SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION

The role of the tutor in the implementation of the innovative for the Russian Federation form of WBL (training combined with work) in higher education is defined. The main characteristics of WEB technologies are listed; the review of the key functional responsibilities of the tutor and its role in the system is defined; methods and techniques for diagnosing individual characteristics of the student that are relevant for building a personal learning trajectory are proposed. Methods and methods of studying individual characteristics of students for building personal training are included in the system.
