Abstract

Approaches to development of effective programs of development of conflict competence of the head are designated. The emphasis is placed on reflexive management, which involves rethinking the management activities of the head, which is important in the development of programs for the development of conflict competence of the head. Practice-oriented learning technologies, such as game-technical approach and coaching, are considered. The main strategies of metacognitive behavior formation are outlined. The principles on the basis of which effective metacognitive training is based are formulated and its step-by-step scheme is built
