Abstract

The role of key competencies in the formation of personal and professional competence of departmental universities graduates (on the example of doctors and employees of the penal system is examined. The dynamics of changes in key competencies in the process of mastering the educational program of higher education as an indicator of the formation of personal and professional competence of a future specialist is established. Correlation model of the key competencies of the doctor and the penitentiary system staff based on the ranking of their weight treasure in the structure of personality and professional competence is substantiated. The growth of selected competences in the process of development of the corresponding basic professional educational programs is determined on the basis of empirical studies
