Abstract

The results of the research of interrelation of indicators of trust to the equipment and professional wellbeing of operators of nuclear power plants and employees of locomotive crews are presented. The general result for both professional groups is to identify positive correlations only between indicators of trust to the equipment and professional wellbeing. The differences in the structure and number of the correlations between considered indicators in compared professional groups are detected. The three-factor structure of indicators of trust to the equipment and professional wellbeing of operators of nuclear power plants is revealed. Along with that all indicators of trust to the equipment are correlated with all indicators of professional wellbeing. The six-factor structure of the indicators of trust to the equipment and professional wellbeing of employees of locomotive crews is revealed. At the same time the number of correlations between trust to the equipment and professional wellbeing is almost eight times less than number of indicators of operators of nuclear power plants
