Abstract

Highlights the main levels of the structural organization of conflict competence. Conducted psychological analysis of management activities through which the selected composition and content subsisting organization-conflict of competence of the Manager. The following subsystems are included in its overall composition – metacognitive, melaragamalika, metacommunicative, mathematically, inhibitory, interactional, procedurally and monitoring. The content of subsystems of subsystem level is explicated and its direct reflection in professional activity of the head is shown
