Is devoted to the study of the problems of improving the process of learning to play the accordion in educational institutions that implement additional pre-professional programs in the arts. The results of the survey among teachers in the accordion class of various musical educational institutions were analyzed. On their basis, organizational and pedagogical conditions and promising areas of learning to play the accordion according to a pre-professional program were determined and substantiated.
