In this article the generalized model of the structural organization of the basic subsystems of the metacognitive plan characterizing in the aggregate the subsystem level of conflict competence in professional activity of the head is offered. It is formed by the synthesis of three meaningful coordinates, orthogonal to each other, as well as the fourth - time coordinate. On the basis of the proposed multidimensional model, the "phenomenon of parity" of the main groups of these subsystems is found and theoretically interpreted, which should be considered as one of the important mechanisms of conflict competence of management activitiesPublished
