The article is devoted to the problem of improving the skills of teachers of English through the introduction of new technologies, materials, Internet resources of regional content. The characteristic of the regional site as an Internet resource containing information about the territory (region, city) in which the English lessons of the school teacher are conducted is given. The purpose of the article is to reveal the features of the use of regional sites in the process of improving the skills of teachers of English of secondary school.
