Abstract

The results of the study of the problem of professional adaptation, discussed in the framework of the psychology of labor. As the main methods of research, we used the analysis of key classical positions and the content analysis of modern scientific works. The theoretical characteristics of professional adaptation and current trends in the study of the problem of adaptation in domestic scientific research were identified. The results of content analysis in the future can be used to study the features of professional adaptation of subjects of various professional fields
