Abstract

This article shows the results of an empirical study of the psychological patterns of manifestation of the confidence of management subjects. The study was conducted with the participation of 11 experts in the field of labor psychology and management psychology. It is shown that confidence should be considered as an independent personal-professional property that has a connection with both personal (self-confidence, productive confidence) and professional (experience, management efficiency) qualities. The revealed patterns suggest the existence of others, for the determination of which additional research is required
