Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of development of Socio-Psychological Competence of a teenager based on the requirements of society and the specifics of the modern information environment. The approaches to considering the dynamics of Socio-Psychological Competence from the point of view of both the social situation of development (L. Vygotsky) and of the «tasks of development» teenager (M. Kle, E. V. Emelyanova) are analyzed. The author notes it is noted that the instability of a teenager between childhood and adulthood, burdened specificity of social reality increase the contradictions in the development, change the conditions for the development of Socio-Psychological Competence and raise a number of issues in the educational system and society
