Abstract

The article describes the history of the study of the problem of deviant behavior. Summarizes the views of Western scholars, interpret the deviance from the position biologicheskih, sociologization-ing psychological theories. The history of the study of deviant behavior of domestic science from the pre-revolutionary period to the present day. Special attention is paid to modern approaches in the study of deviation. The emergence of adolescent deviations depending on provoking factors (neurobiological, psychological, social, pedagogical, etc.) is differentiated in the following areas: 1) psychophysiological; 2) social and psychological; 3) psychological and pedagogical; 4) social and legal. Analysis of the essence of deviant behavior from the perspective of sociology, social, medical psychology, law, psychiatry, pedagogy is given its definition of this concept. Levels of manifestation of deviations and types of consequences of deviant behavior are studied
