Abstract

The article analyzes the structural-level organization of conflict competence in the professional activity of the head of competence and metasystem approaches. It is shown that the conflict competence in the professional activity of the head, being included in the functional block of the psychological system of activity – a block of professionally important qualities, in which it acts as a systemic, integrative education, at the same time objectively included in the two metasystems – personality and activity
