Abstract

The content of the concept of «emotional modality» is investigated, the specificity of the individual experiencing of emotions among primary school teachers is revealed. The results of an empirical study using the methods of L.А. Rabinovich in the modification of T.G. Syritso and the author’s questionnaire of emotional orientation. An analysis of the understanding and acceptance by teachers of their emotional orientation and other individual characteristics when interacting with students was carried out. According to the results of the diagnostics, a training program was developed, the approbation and analysis of which made it possible to establish a decrease in the intensity of negative emotions and an increase in the level of joy among the respondents
