Abstract

In the article the necessity of Objectifying the assessment of the activities of the coach when conducting training exercises. Primary entity assessment methodology is fragmentation of training classes on basic elements (conditions). The proposed technology fragmentation lessons on basic elements of activity is very objective and well formalized that avoids subjective assessments when analyzing the training session. The proposed method for evaluating professional performance can be useful in conducting certification of coaches
