Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of teachers' frustration, approaches to the study of the concept of frustration in domestic and foreign psychological science are revealed. Modernization of the education system at all levels poses a number of challenges to the modern school teacher, which due to the lack of educational competencies, difficulties in equipping the educational environment experiencing negative emotional States, namely - the state of frustration. This psychological stability as a component of the pedagogical years of tolerance of all influences the adequacy of the essence of the assessment of pedagogical tasks of all and the success of their solutions, which is becoming more important in the conditions of instability
