Abstract

This article provides the results of studying the moral consciousness of students-future engineers in the aspect of «knowledge component» of such consciousness. It is revealed that their moral consciousness as a whole is the ordinary consciousness: the students’ view on such categories as «moral consciousness», «moral-understanding attitude to nature and man», «morality» and «value» that are the views of ordinary consciousness. Future engineers do not see the difference between moral consciousness and morality. In their mind moral-understanding attitude to nature and man refers to procedural actions and deeds
