Abstract

The purpose of the article is to understand the mechanisms of managing secondary vocational education programs (VET), which improve the academic and professional mobility of students, meet the needs of the regional economy and developing labor markets through individualization and differentiation of education and training, and the possibility of forming individual educational pathways.Based on the analysis of normative, methodological and economic prerequisites for reforming VET, studying the European and National experience in designing individual educational pathways, existing problems have been identified. An objective need has been ascertained for the search and development of a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions for designing the pathways of the VET program using a credit system including a set of modules whose selection will allow the trainees to form individual educational path and ensure the achievement of learning outcomes corresponding to a particular qualification or part of it
