Abstract

Presents an analysis of the production environment as the forming condition of the psychological contract and part of the ergative system «Subject of work – the working environment». The production environment at macro-, meso- and microlevels is analyzed, the main components of the production environment are described, assumptions are made regarding the determination of the features of the psychological contract of labor subjects by the components of the production environment
