Abstract

Psychological features of manifestation of professional creative potential and also styles of thinking in realization of administrative activity at female heads on the example of commercial and state the organizations are studied. By means of application of the questionnaire of Zeer E.F., Pavlova A.M., Sadovnikova N.O. are revealed features of manifestation of creative activity and initiative in the course of adoption of administrative decisions by women by heads. Alekseev A. technique, Gromova by L has defined the preferred individual styles of thinking by means of which respondents analyze various situations, decision-making options innervate, synthesize details, the facts about problem situations. The analysis of the results of features of cogitative activity received during psychodiagnostic testing at women of heads has shown that the most preferable styles of thinking at examinees are analytical and realistic. Female heads are creatively active, independent at decision-making and always rely on own empirical experience
