Abstract

Today orientation to the purposes of state policy in the sphere of the higher education demands considerable changes in the organization of activity of the higher school in general and interactions of teachers and students in particular. Interaction in the teacher student system assumes existence of dialogue communication, interpersonal perception, trust, cooperation. In interaction of the teacher and student quite often there are situations leading to emergence of misunderstanding, misunderstanding and the conflict. Results of a research show that the efficiency of professional interaction in the teacher student system is maintained by the high level of development of communicative competence of teachers of the higher school and also their abilities in due time to settle intense situations. In the course of interpersonal and professional interaction teachers are most interested in prevention and prevention of conflict situations in relationship with students and colleagues by means of rational planning of educational process
