Abstract

The article describes the process of the current stage of professionalization of future bachelors of the social sphere. The results of an empirical study of the socio-psychological attitudes of the future bachelors in the motivational and need sphere and the level of their motivational and professional readiness and ability to master social and project competencies as components of innovation activity are presented. The relevance of the study is confirmed by the study of expert opinion on the need for social practice in the relevant personnel. Based on the theoretical and empirical analysis, the organization of training bachelors to participate in the implementation of social and project activities is justified, forms and methods of work in this direction are proposed
