Abstract

It is presented the role of the evolutionary-activity approach in providing a fundamentally new system of training and managing the productive activity of official based on the basis of the intellectual-information support of professional activity. The novelty of the adopted model for the transformation of the process and the content of the training of specialists consists in the use of an activity didactic platform that ensures the generation of actual knowledge in the process of constructing productive personal activity. An analysis is made of the content of the sense-forming characteristics of the activities of the official, which is the basis for developing methods for assessing the effectiveness of vocational training
