Abstract

In article the problem of features of the organization of the program of psychological maintenance in labor collective is considered. The main objectives, functions which are implemented in the course of psychological maintenance by the organizational psychologist are distinguished. Results of the short theoretical analysis of domestic psychological literature on the problem studied by us and results of social and psychological monitoring of the labor collective disclosing specifics of the psychological atmosphere, satisfaction with work and увроня formation of a stress are given
