Тo study the possibility of burnout reducing in Arab teachers with person-centered and organizational and managerial counseling of school teaching staff. Methods: Maslach-Jackson technique used for burnout detection, Zack questionnaire – for organizational environment estimation. 1 Head teacher and 55 teachers (32 men and 23 women) from Arab school in Israel were involved.
