Abstract

The article deals with the problem of formation of unconscious communal competence of the University teacher as a condition for improving the effectiveness of pedagogical communication. The model of effective pedagogical communication is proposed, which includes professionally important qualities of the teacher's personality, the ability of the teacher to the empathic hearing, the positive attitude of the teacher to the students, a favorable psychological climate in the study group, the ability of the teacher to manage conflicts, the optimal individual style of pedagogical communication.
