Abstract

Problem of low level of hearing impaired students training in science at technical university is considered. Analysis of test results on basic skills in Chemistry of those hearing impaired students who embark on a study of Chemistry at general-purpose university is given. The necessity of introduction of special education methods into the education process for such students is approved. It is shown that implementation of bridging program «Cognitive technology for close support of basic discipline Chemistry» developed at BMSTU for those hearing impaired students who study in inclusive main professional training programs boosts learning experience and forming special competencies in students. Efficiency of teaching and learning process is being provided by implementation of special technologies for rising perception and understanding of Chemical information content by using of multimedia labs, cognitive information and communication technologies, interactive methods and demonstration chemical tests
