Abstract

The development and experimental verification of the way the university lecturer carries out test activities is substantiated. The main psychological content of test activities is the activation of students’ self-verification of their study results to form their personal responsibility for their education and professional training. The author offers the means that allow not only to determine effectively the speed and degree of the student's progress in mastering the academic discipline and the quality of the available subject knowledge, but also to take into account the level of his motivation in learning
