Abstract

In article are considered social and psychological feature of work of the teachers who are carrying out professional activity in average educational institutions. Requirements to the psychological content of activity of the teacher, by means of the scheme of the description of her main components are selected. Results of an empirical research, specifics of structure of professionally important qualities of the teachers maintaining efficiency of work are given
