Abstract

The analysis «the subject of work» as carrier of the psychological contract and part of the ergatic system «the subject of work-the production environment» is presented in article. The analysis of the subject of work is carried out from positions of subject and activity approach, characteristics of the subject, subjectivity, the subject of activity are given, definition of the subject of work is given, his signs and properties are characterized. In article it is shown that the implicit agreement is formed under the influence of individual and psychological features of subjects of work and also the prospect of a research of the contract in interrelation with features of the production environment is shown
