Abstract

The article defines new approaches to social pedagogy in the context of clinical discourses on the basis of social pedagogical analysis. Such approaches are given with a view of paradigmatic scientific transformations, as well as environmental social modernization. There is also described the transition of the Russian social state from models of transitivity to inclusion in its inclusive development, where persons with social disfunction take a special place
