Abstract

The article deals with the analysis of the specificity of the security-escort service professional activity of the interior Ministry employees, which has special requirements to the psychological characteristics of the staff; It presents the definition of psychological reliability of the interior Ministry employees and gives the analysis of external and internal stressors; it also presents professionally important qualities of employees of the security-escort service, identified by the use of expert assessments method
