Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of pharmaceutical drug abuse from the point of view of psychological factors and the peculiarities of the psychological types of drug abusers. The authors analyze the various approaches in psychology to this problem. The aspects related to the role of the family in the occurrence of alcohol, drug and chemically-salt addiction are examined in this article. Researchers show the pathological influence of dysfunctional family relationships and – increasingly – family-tribal system for the development of dependent forms of behaviour. The authors note the important role of the society in alcoholism and drug addiction of the younger generation and analyze the stimulating influence of the image of the pharmacist and pharmacy for validity and internal legalization of the use of drugs that cause chemical dependence
