Abstract

The article considers the notion of preemptive education as a factor, which makes the Russian system of higher education appealing for international students. It proves the relevance, defines the essence and particular characteristics of preemptive education as applied to teaching international students in Russian engineering universities. The article states the principles ensuring successful training of international students in Russian universities
