Abstract

The article is devoted to the development history of work, organization and management psychology in Tver region. The main periods of the formation process of psychology are shown. The periods are directly connected with the names of well-known Tver scientists-psychologists: G.V. Telyatnikov, A.F. Shikun, H.I. Leibovich. Each of the scientists made his own contribution to the development of psychology on the whole, and psychology of work, organization psychology and management psychology in particular in Tver region. Special attention in the article is given to the scientific cooperation between the faculty of psychology of Tver State University and Psychological Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences. The cooperation started in the 70-th years of the XX-th century thanks to G.V. Telyatnikov. The ideas of work, organization and management psychology founded by G.V. Telyatnikov, A.F. Shikun and H.I. Leibovitch – the famous scientists-psychologists are going on to be developed in Tver region
