Abstract

The paper presents the results of a survey of the regional expert community on the development prospects of higher education and science system in the Tver region. Obtained data demonstrate the need for significant transformations that are due to both objective reasons and the state policy of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in relation to subordinate universities. The paper is also shows the prospects for interaction between universities and enterprises in the region, in particular the ongoing development and preparation for the implementation of the comprehensive project "Creation and development of competence center using the tools of crowdsourcing online platform". The goal of this project is to create a system of effective communication between universities, enterprises and organizations in the region to ensure the maximum satisfaction of their needs for scientific and education area
