Abstract

The article analyses the problem of psychological well-being of teachers. The authors consider the psychological culture of a teacher as a condition of her/his development as a personality and the development of the professional subjectivity. Emphasize the role of the psychologization of pedagogical education in the development of the internal position of the teacher as a professional and as a subject of professional and personal self-development
