Abstract

The results of the regulatory function of trust to technique in professional activity are presented. The data on the impact of trust to techniques of qualitative and quantitative indicators of activity are given. It is shown that in the complex conditions of work with a high level of trust employees technique contributes to the reduction of cognitive complexity, optimization of resources used and attention, prevention of psychosomatic diseases, and low level of trust technique leads to the increase of emotional stress, job dissatisfaction, the development of psychosomatic diseases
