INTEGRATIVE APPROACH TO THE STUDY OF CREATIVE PROFESSIONS (FOR EXAMPLE, THE ACTOR OF DRAMA THEATRE)

The article is devoted to fleshing out the methodology of the integrity paradigm in the psychological study of creative professions. It is shown that this paradigm is now rapidly evolving, manifesting itself in various forms, including system, integrative, comprehensive, and other similar methodological approaches. However, there are serious constraints that limit its actual heuristic potential and associated, primarily, with the failure of abstract philosophical forms of its representation as a meaningful basis of concrete scientific research methods. As a constructive way of overcoming such difficulties, the proposed integrative approach, which includes a number of basic methodological provisions that specify the paradigm of integrity as applied to the psychological study such a complex field of activities and of human self-realization as a creative profession. For meaningful illustrations and empirical evidence of the fairness of the proposed approach is considered its application to the study of professional activity of the actor of drama theatre.
