Abstract

The modernization of the Russian education is due to the need of modern society for specialists able to create and implement innovative technology, creative solutions and achieve goals. The purpose of this work - to analyze the impact of psycho-pedagogical support in additional education system on the formation of student and personal development. The article presents the theoretical and methodological approaches to the understanding of psycho-pedagogical support, disclosed the specifics of the term and are the basic principles of operation. The model of psycho-pedagogical support, which is implemented in practice in the Scientific and Educational Center of Economy and Information Technology Institute for Socio-economic development of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
