Abstract

In review, we discuss the area of study of the psychology of motivation through the lens of one of the issues relevant to this area throughout its development: the question of the dynamics in motivational sphere of the personality, the possible factors of change, the structural features that contribute to its adaptive capabilities. The article presents the historical description of the theme, the development of research topics of foreign and domestic scientists
