Abstract

The article was prepared with financial support of the grant of RHSF (Russian Humanitarian Science Foundation), the title of a grant is «The theoretical and methodological background of the resource-based view to the psychological securing of professional health of responsible executives» № 15-06-10638. Professional identity from the standpoint of resource-based view. Revealed intersubject determinants of professional identity of a working force in a civil engineering firm, in a situation of organizational crisis of a 2015-2016 the image of professional and personal resources and the success of the workforce in the past, also professional relevance in the present. The author's application form Assessment of professional and personal resources of the workforce in the past, present, future. The results can be used for elaboration and implementation of integrated strategies of organizational responsibility for stability and success of corporate business and safety of staff site position
