RATING SYSTEM AS A MEANS OF ASSESSING OF UNIVERSITY EDUCATION QUALITY

The article discusses the rating system of assessment of learning of the University students as the way to increase the efficiency of the learning process, suggesting a modular organization of the educational material and solving the problem of assessment of learning, reflecting objective information about the level of formation of common cultural and professional competences. The article stresses that a cumulative grading system encourages students’ potential and contributes to the organization of students self-training. According to the authors’ opinion, the pedagogical supervision is particularly important, as the part of the learning process and monitoring the quality of education.
