Abstract

In this article some methodological approaches to studying of the identity of the employee and his professionalism are considered; the short characteristic of the concepts of researches of professionalism which are available in literature is provided; creation of effective complex research technology by means of integration civilization, system, personal focused approaches, and also uses of potential design, the imitating modeling technologies is offered when studying personal and professional features of employees
